Information we handle
Depending on how you interact with us, Delvaux Technologies may handle contact and inquiry details; account identity such as name, email, and identity-provider identifiers; workspace content supplied by authorized users; product configuration, review decisions, and audit records; and limited technical data needed to secure and operate the service.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to requested work, provide and secure accounts, operate authorized workspaces, support users, investigate reliability or misuse, and satisfy contractual or legal obligations. A transactional account-activation message does not enroll a recipient in marketing.
Service providers and disclosure
Limited information may be processed by infrastructure, identity, email, research, analytics, and support providers when needed for the requested service. Delvaux Technologies does not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
Retention and security
Records are retained only for operational, contractual, security, and legal needs appropriate to the service. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Workspace deletion and contractual retention requirements may affect when particular records can be removed.
Cookies and identity
Product portals use functional authentication and workspace-selection cookies. Google or Microsoft identity providers process sign-in under their own terms. Delvaux Technologies receives the verified identity data needed to link an authorized account.
Choices and requests
Use Email preferences for optional communications. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, use the support and contact page. Account, security, and service messages may still be required while an account or service relationship remains active.
