Authorized access
You may use the website, demonstration, pilot, or product portal only for the purpose and workspace made available to you. Keep credentials private, use your own named account, and notify Delvaux Technologies if access may have been compromised.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data, or use the service to violate law, privacy, contractual duties, or third-party rights. You are responsible for having authority to provide workspace inputs and contact data.
Human review and outputs
Research, generated language, extracted information, and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong. They are working materials, not legal, financial, customs, engineering, or professional advice. Authorized people remain responsible for reviewing evidence, approving decisions, and sending external communications.
Customer material and product rights
You retain rights in material you are authorized to provide. You permit Delvaux Technologies and its service providers to process that material only as needed to deliver, secure, support, and improve the agreed service. Delvaux Technologies retains its software, designs, workflows, documentation, and related intellectual property unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Availability and changes
Demonstrations and pilots may change, pause, or end. Production availability, support, service levels, fees, data handling, warranties, and liability are governed by the applicable signed agreement. The public site and any no-fee evaluation access are provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Use the support and contact page for account, security, billing, or terms questions. Required account, security, and service messages are separate from optional marketing preferences.
