Secretara / Technical conversations

Big conversations. Little overhead.

An engineering-preview workspace for disclosed, consented technical calls and practice sessions that brings approved source evidence, optional captions, and reviewed talking points together.

01 / Intended use

Built around a real workflow.

Technical consultants, founders, and product specialists preparing for and participating in permitted customer conversations.

The existing source foundation includes bounded source search, manual notes, optional transcription paths, reviewed drafts, and a separate presentation view. It is an engineering preview, not a public signup or general-availability claim.

02 / Capabilities

What the current foundation supports.

01

Approved source search

Search a user-selected text or code folder and inspect file- and line-backed excerpts before using them.

02

Selected capture

Take manual notes and optionally transcribe an explicitly selected audio source through a configured local speech path.

03

Grounded drafts

Prepare proposed responses from approved context with citations and uncertainty kept visible for review.

04

Reviewed stage

Move only approved notes and titles into a separate presentation view controlled by the user.

03 / Workflow proof

Illustrative fictional text fixture

A fictional Workshop practice call

A disclosed, consented practice scenario uses fictional approved-source excerpts and the existing abstract visual; it is not an actual recording, model output, or live test.

Illustrative Secretara waveform and approved source cards leading to a reviewed answer, not a call recording
Existing abstract product visual accompanying a fictional practice-call scenario.

Input

A fictional participant asks whether the fictional Workshop fixture can build an assembly with fillets automatically.

Process

  1. Inspect the fictional approved-source excerpts: extrude/revolve plan drafts; human review required; execution false.
  2. Keep fillets and assemblies identified as roadmap items in the fixture.
  3. Prepare an illustrative proposed answer for the speaker to review against the cited excerpts.

Output

Illustrative proposed answer: the Workshop fixture does not build fillets or assemblies today. It describes extrude/revolve plan drafts for review. No CAD execution happens without approval; none occurs in this scenario.

Review

The speaker checks the source excerpts and capability limits before using any talking point; a responsible reviewer must approve any subsequent action.

Limitations

  • This fictional text fixture establishes no actual call recording, generated model response, or live-meeting performance.
  • No public application, universal meeting-platform support, or runtime acceptance is demonstrated.
04 / Boundaries

Clear about what is not claimed.

  • For disclosed, consented business meetings, demos, and practice—not covert assistance or assessment bypass.
  • No claim of universal platform support, production accessibility, or proven live-meeting performance.
  • Generated transcripts and suggested responses can be wrong and require human review.
05 / Next step

Define the conversation and the evidence that belongs in it.

Start with the workflow, the inputs, the reviewer, and the result that would be useful.
